Terms of return - All sales are final for custom-designed t-shirts.
Reason for return - If your custom t-shirt arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 24 hours. Please provide photos of the damage or defected item along with your order number.
Incorrect Orders - If you receive an incorrect item (wrong size, color, or design), please notify us within 24 hours of receipt. We will arrange for the return of the incorrect item and send the correct one at no additonal cost.
Custom design exchanges are not accepted. - If you need a different size or color, please place a new order.
Process of refund - Refunds are only issued for defective or incorrect items. Once we receive the returned item, we will process the refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
